I'm currently the Vice President of Professional Development for Sibcy Cline. I help build talent and capacity into real estate agents, corporate employees and executives.

Every day I get to apply my entrepreneurial spirit to the practical needs and problems of people across the organization. As an Industrial Organizational Psychologist, I walk the line between science and useful practice. By doing this, we've introduced multiple company-wide training programs, on-boarding systems, performance reviews, and cultural initiatives.
